So what does it mean?

At its heart, personal responsibility is

"the concept that individuals should not act like bloody idiots".

An aspirational goal at best, and a definition that only takes us so far.

Integrate those shadows or say them; put disaster behind you and get on with your life.

Heroism has a purpose and a place to move to.

Confidence in our ability to think and to cope

with the basic challenges of life,confidence in our right to be happy,

the feeling of being worthy,deserving,

entitled to assert our needs and wants and entitled to enjoy the fruits of our efforts.

I know I sounded preached LOL,

some advice =)
